Bring your exact model.
Measure the closed laptop with its case. Screen size alone can’t confirm the fit, especially for thicker devices.

What if it isn’t right for me?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The bag must be unused and unworn, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. An uninterrupted unboxing video is required.
Contact the team for approval before sending it back. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
What does the warranty cover?
The limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product, for the original purchaser.
Repair is the first option; if repair is not possible, a one-time replacement may apply. Normal wear, accidents, misuse and alterations are excluded.
What happens when it rains?
The bag is water-resistant, not waterproof. Use the included Rain Fly in wet weather and protect sensitive electronics separately.
The dump pocket is not a sealed wet compartment. Put wet clothing or shoes in a waterproof pouch first.
Can it do a short trip as well as work?
Yes, when your packing fits within 24L. Keep your work kit in place and add a clothing change and toiletries. Shoes, bulky layers and camera inserts will reduce the space available.
All pockets share the same total capacity; a fixed trip length isn’t guaranteed.
Will it work as cabin luggage?
Compare the external dimensions of 48 × 32 × 20 cm and your packed weight with your airline, fare and baggage category. Cabin-bag and under-seat allowances vary.
How does international delivery work?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated international delivery is 7–12 business days after dispatch; customs clearance may cause delays.

Are destination duties and taxes included?
Destination duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping charge. These are charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

What comes in the box?
Your Daily Dash 24L backpack and complimentary Rain Fly. Laptops, bottles, locks, trackers and other styling accessories shown are not included.
How do I care for it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, remove residue and air dry. Avoid machine washing, harsh cleaners and storing the bag damp.
Will my laptop fit, including its protective case?
Screen size alone is not enough. Measure the width, depth and thickness of the closed device with its case, then use the Laptop Fit Checker. The suspended, padded sleeve has a 1-inch raised false bottom. If your model is close to the limit, ask us before ordering.
Can I carry a tablet as well as a laptop?
There is room for a second device behind the laptop sleeve, in the same compartment. Check the dimensions of both devices, including their cases, and allow room for the compartment to close without pressure. The second-device space is separate from the suspended, padded laptop sleeve.
