Eleven Theory / Material collection

Worth a
closer look.

Some of the most valuable details
are the ones you don’t see at first.

Six materials. One standard.Selected for Daily Dash.A glossary, without the guesswork

Nothing chosen by default.

Good taste
goes deeper.

You should know what goes into the things you carry. The outer weave. The protected stitch. The layer against your back.

We give each of them a reason to be here. Because a quiet exterior should have plenty worth talking about.

01 / Shell fabric

CORDURA®
Ballistic Nylon.

Substance, before the surface.

A dense ballistic weave, chosen for resistance to abrasion and tearing. The shell takes the seat, the floor, the daily commute—and gives the silhouette its character.

THE EVERYDAY OPENING

YKK® Racquet Coil

The stitch
has shelter.

Inside YKK®’s oval Racquet Coil, the sewing thread sits in a recessed groove. That small change helps shield the thread from abrasion.

It is the sort of engineering you might never notice. Until you know it is there.

03 / Hardware

Small parts.
No small decisions.

Woojin® POM hardware.

The parts you click, release and adjust deserve the same attention as the fabric around them. We selected Woojin® POM hardware for these everyday connections.

04 / Interior lining

Consideration.
All the way in.

230D HT Polyester.

A high-tenacity lining, selected for the part of the bag that meets your gear. Its light colour makes the contents easier to see. The inside gets equal attention.

05 + 06 / The contact system

The luxury
of feeling less.

Two materials.
Different jobs. One considered contact.

Inside the contact layers
Comfort, layer by layerA simplified exploded diagram shows contact mesh above spacer yarns and a base mesh. Shaped EVA foam sits beneath the three-layer spacer fabric. 05 / Cushioning

Comfort, given shape.

Shaped EVA foam adds cushioning at the back panel. A contoured contact surface makes the way the bag feels part of its design.

06 / Contact layer

Mesh.

A little room to breathe.

A layered mesh sits over the cushioning. The open spacer structure between its faces creates space for air to move, while the outer face forms the surface against your back.

The language of what lasts

Nothing
lost in translation.

A few terms, made clear.
Knowing the details is part of owning them.

01D / Denier

A measure of yarn linear density: grams per 9,000 metres. It describes the yarn, rather than proving how a finished fabric will perform. Fibre, weave and construction matter too.

02HT / High tenacity

Tenacity describes strength relative to yarn size. HT identifies the high-tenacity polyester selected for the lining. It is a material specification, not a lifetime guarantee.

03RC / Racquet Coil

YKK®’s oval coil construction places the stitching in an indentation, helping protect the thread from abrasion. Daily Dash uses #8 for the main opening and #5 for the other openings.

04POM / Acetal

Polyoxymethylene, also known as acetal, is the engineering polymer used in the selected Woojin® hardware. You meet these components at the fastening and adjustment points.

05EVA / Cushioning foam

Ethylene-vinyl acetate is used as cushioning in the back panel. The shaped foam and the mesh contact layer have different jobs, and work together.

06Water resistance

Light rain and splashes are different from prolonged rain or immersion. Daily Dash is not a waterproof bag. Use the included Rain Fly in wet weather and protect sensitive items separately.

Six choices. One everyday companion.

All of this.
Quietly yours.

The value is in the details.
The pleasure is carrying them.
