The limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product, for the original purchaser.

Repair is the first option; if repair is not possible, a one-time replacement may apply. Normal wear, accidents, misuse and alterations are excluded.

The bag is water-resistant, not waterproof. Use the included Rain Fly in wet weather and protect sensitive electronics separately.

The dump pocket is not a sealed wet compartment. Put wet clothing or shoes in a waterproof pouch first.

Yes, when your packing fits within 24L. Keep your work kit in place and add a clothing change and toiletries. Shoes, bulky layers and camera inserts will reduce the space available.

All pockets share the same total capacity; a fixed trip length isn’t guaranteed.

Daily Dash brings a measured usable 24L capacity, clamshell access, suspended laptop storage and considered organisation into a quiet exterior. It is built around moving between work, a commute and short trips without changing bags. Whether it is right for you depends on your kit and how you carry it.

Screen size is only a guide. Measure the width, depth and thickness of your closed laptop, including any case, then use our Laptop Fit Checker. Thick devices and unusual proportions can fit differently. Contact us with your exact model if you are unsure.

The padded sleeve has a 1-inch raised false bottom that keeps your laptop above the base of the bag. Padding and separation add a layer of protection during normal use; they do not make a device drop-proof. Secure your laptop and handle the packed bag with care.

Daily Dash measures 48 × 32 × 20 cm externally, weighs approximately 1.28 kg empty and has a measured usable capacity of 24L. The size of what you pack, and how you distribute it, affects the space available.

External dimensions include the bag’s structure, padding and shape; multiplying them describes an enclosing box. Usable capacity describes the space inside the bag. Daily Dash’s 24L is measured using a fill method, rather than just multiplying the outside dimensions.

It gives a bottle a dedicated place inside the bag, helping keep it upright instead of loose among your essentials. It is useful when you want the exterior clear. Keep the bottle sealed and protect electronics from possible leaks.

The internal holder and expandable external holder accommodate bottles with a base diameter up to 10.5 cm. Shape, height and the surrounding packing affect the final fit. Both pockets use space within the bag’s overall capacity.

Placing the holders on opposite sides helps distribute the load and separates their openings. Both still share the bag’s overall capacity, so a full main compartment can affect how easily larger bottles fit.

No. The dump pocket is water-resistant and helps keep used items separate. It is not a sealed container and must not be used to hold open liquids. Put wet clothing, umbrellas or anything that could leak into a waterproof pouch first.

The pocket is designed to sit neatly when not in use. Its appearance depends on what is packed around it. Avoid forcing a bulky item into the pocket if the main compartment is already full.

Separate quick-access spaces help keep small valuables and on-the-go essentials organised. You can give items such as keys, sunglasses or a wallet their own place instead of searching through the main compartment.

Its structured base helps it stand on an even surface. How you distribute the weight matters: unbalanced packing or an uneven floor can make it tip. It is a useful design feature, not a guarantee in every situation.

Daily Dash has a discreet slot for your own AirTag and a hidden pocket for smaller valuables. These features reduce visibility; they do not prevent theft. Trackers, locks and other accessories are not included.

The card pocket on the shoulder strap is the designated RFID-protected location. The whole backpack is not an RFID-shielded enclosure. Keep any card you want to shield inside that specific pocket.

Use the shoulder adjusters to bring the load close, then adjust the sternum strap for a comfortable fit without restricting breathing. The sternum strap allows approximately 25 cm of horizontal adjustment and 10 cm vertically. Elastic keepers hold spare webbing neatly.

Yes. The adjustable shoulder and sternum straps include elastic keepers. Roll or fold the excess webbing into its keeper after setting a comfortable fit.

The exterior is 1680D CORDURA® Ballistic Nylon. Inside is light-coloured 230D high-tenacity polyester. Hardware includes YKK® Racquet Coil zippers and WOOJIN® POM components, with 3D spacer mesh over EVA foam at the back panel. Explore our materials for a closer look.

Daily Dash uses YKK® Racquet Coil zippers: #8 for the main compartment and #5 for the other openings. The main opening is lockable. A lock is not included.

We chose this dense 1680D woven nylon for its abrasion resistance, structure and durability in repeated everyday use. A fabric name alone does not determine the performance of a finished bag: construction, seams, hardware and care matter too.

There is room for a second device behind the laptop sleeve, in the same compartment. Check the dimensions of both devices, including their cases, and allow room for the compartment to close without pressure. The second-device space is separate from the suspended, padded laptop sleeve.

Yes. The clamshell opening lets you open the main compartment wide to see and organise your kit. Lay the bag on a clean surface before opening it fully, and close internal pockets before moving it.

Yes. The luggage pass-through slides over a suitcase handle. Check that it sits securely on your particular handle and keep the weight balanced before moving. A suitcase is not included.

The front panel has six fabric loops plus an umbrella loop, giving you attachment points for suitable everyday accessories. Keep anything attached secure and balanced. These are accessory loops, not climbing or lifting equipment.

Place denser items close to your back, spread the weight evenly and keep bottles secure. Adjust both shoulder straps, then the sternum strap, so the load stays close without restricting your movement or breathing. Leave items you do not need behind; padding cannot make an excessive load comfortable.
